Neck Assessment: Active Range of Motion
A standard clinic check: rotation left and right, ear to shoulder, chin down and head back. The patient hesitates and feels tighter turning to one side, and her backward bend is a little limited, which fits the forward head position seen in Posture.
She has no pain and no injury. That is the point: catching asymmetry early. The opening part of the Daily FLO is designed to bring eye and neck movement back together and work toward symmetry before small imbalances add up over time.
