Neck Adjustment: Restoring Segmental Motion

2:54 · Educational example · Recorded November 2026

As a chiropractor, Dr. Kyle feels each of the seven neck vertebrae for segmental motion, meaning whether each one is moving or stuck. In the patient he finds one restricted segment high on the left and one lower on the right, confirmed by side-bending and rotation.

A guided adjustment restores motion at those segments. The 'pop' is pressure releasing in the joint. Better joint motion means better mechanoreceptor feedback, so the brain gets a clearer sense of where the neck is. You can't (and shouldn't) adjust yourself. The Kinetic FLO positions and movements aim to support the same goal: position the joint, wake up the sleepy muscles around it, then integrate it into how the whole body moves.

Move within comfort. Stop if anything sharpens or spreads, and check with your provider. Questions about your own situation? Please ask your healthcare professional. Dr. Kyle can't give individual advice through this site.
